I like the future idea! I'm leaning towards Percival or Percy. As in perseverance, although the "c" doesn't work with the "s". Perhaps we should name him Percival Cooper Future?
By the way, I don't know if you know that the "Herman" the comic strip character was written by "Jim Unger"... so I find it interesting that you would use that name...
I always liked "Herman", but maybe not what you are looking for. How about "Future" as in, leaning forward?
